About CDA Services

Bill Parker, founder of CDA Services

You work with the person doing the work, not an account manager and not a queue.

I am Bill Parker. I run CDA Services out of the Dallas Fort Worth area and work with service businesses across the country. Small enough that you deal with me directly, focused enough that local search is the only thing I do. We meet over a scheduled Google Meet or Zoom, so it is easy to find a time no matter where you are.

You can see more of my background and writing over at bill-parker.com.

How I work

Four things that shape every engagement, and that you can hold me to.

You talk to the person doing the work

No account managers, no handoffs to a junior after the sale, no offshore content mill. The person on your strategy call is the person doing the optimization.

Calls are the metric

I came up in sales before I came up in SEO, and it shows in what I optimize for. Rankings and traffic matter only to the extent that they end in a booked job.

Month to month, always

No annual contracts, no early termination fees. If the work stops being worth it, you should be able to leave, and that keeps the pressure where it belongs.

Reporting you can actually read

A monthly report in plain language: what moved, what did not, and what I am doing about it. No dashboards full of metrics that flatter the agency.

Results

Two clients, deliberately far apart. A seasonal trades business and a law practice is about as far apart as two local businesses get, and the same fundamentals moved both.

Safari Pool Service

Pool service, seasonal local business

The situation

A seasonal, local pool business that lives on being the name people find and trust when they search.

What I did

Built the local SEO foundation, the website, and the content the business runs on.

The outcome

Moved Safari into the Google 3-pack in its core city, ranked in the top three across the grid.

Law practice, Trophy Club, Texas

The situation

A professional practice where trust and visibility decide whether the right client ever makes contact.

What I did

Local visibility work built around the practice terms its clients actually search.

The outcome

Put the firm in Google’s local results for its practice terms, right where its office sits.

A real 5-star Google review of the firm. This is a customer reviewing the practice itself, not a testimonial about my SEO work. Reputation like this is what local visibility turns into calls.

The methodology behind the work

Alongside my own work, I work with Dennis Yu and the team at Local Service Spotlight and put their Content Factory methodology to work for my clients. It is a proven process for turning real customer stories, reviews, and footage into authority that Google and AI search treat as trustworthy, and it compounds the local SEO gains over time.

In plain terms, that means the work does more than move rankings. It builds a reputation the search engines can actually read, so the growth holds up instead of resetting every time an algorithm shifts.
